WellCare Health insurance consists of: WellCare Medicare, as well as Medicaid Staywell, Medicaid Staywell Kids, Medicaid HealthEase and Medicaid HealthEase Kids. Great news!! If you have any of these Medicare or Medicaid health insurance plans, we can see you at NO COST.  We are Physical Therapy providers:   Staywell, WellCare.
